This is a cross-cutting movement from the local to the National level aiming at bringing together young adults, youth, women and children to advocate for gender equality, removing all barriers facing youth, children, young adults and women within their families and communities.
Our movement seeks to define and establish alternative ideologies for the realisation of political, economic, social equality and climate justice of the sexes.
It’s the movement whereby young people collectively re-imagine how they work together across generations through positive movements to leverage on both our critical mass and the technology available to hold all actors and community accountable for the rights of vulnerable groups with needs such as women, young girls, youth and children.
Being young women-led organization that spearheads youth, women and children agenda across the country, TYFM core programs are designed to meet the youth and women challenges. Most of its programs are centred in awareness raising, empowerment and engagements
Over past three years, TYFM has been actively engaging and partnering with other youth CSOs regionally, nationally and internationally to build its momentum and gain experiences, publicity and be able to establish good relations with the NGO sector in Tanzania and Africa at large.
In addition, through different partnership with other youth NGOs and networks, TYFM has been able to position itself and continue to learn and gain experiences in youth, women and children development.
